Return and Refund Policy

Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return Process:
- Contact our support team at admin@cocoonity.com to initiate a return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided label.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, store credit will be offered.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
