Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our support team at admin@cocoonity.com to initiate a return.
    2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
    3. Ship the item back using the provided label.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, store credit will be offered.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
